Here's Ava today with Mrs. Delaney and a classmate. Mrs. Delaney (the guitar playing teacher) retired. Ava was very upset about her last day today and Mrs. Delaney leaving her. She is either very tired tonight, or very blue about the start of summer vacation.
Here are the girls and their friends as they were walking home from the bus stop this afternoon. To celebrate, we had an ice cream sundae/pool party for the girls here at the house.
Here's Drew getting off the bus this afternoon. As far as he is concerned, school couldn't have been over soon enough! BTW, Andrew's teacher Ms. Merle retired this year too.
Well... the 2011-2012 school year is officially over! I now have a middle schooler, a third grader, and a first grader!
