Got a call today about 11:45am from Dave. He was at Washington Hospital Center. He had been injured while serving an eviction notice in DC. The incident was caught on camera so that's what the above link is too. Dave was home by 3:30pm with a concussion and 13 stitches in his forehead. He is fine. Jenna gave him extra love when she woke from her nap. I told Amelia & Ava when they got off the bus. They were both very worried, but I assured them Dave was fine. Amelia ran ahead to check out his injury in person. Ava was very, very worried, almost in tears, but then just like that she saw her favorite pugs next door and ran off to pet them.
Dave is home resting tonight and will stay home tomorrow.
