Corona West Summer Vacation - Day # 4

We left Gillette and headed for our next stop. Quickly the terrain changed, and way less traffic.

We drove the same very scenic highway 16  road from Buffalo, WY to Cody, WY.  Chip bags were exploding again at the high elevation,

Lunch stop in Ten Sleep, WY

Back in the car

A souvenir stop in Cody, WY

We tried a mask on Drew. Doesn’t look so good. Does it?

Now on the Chief Joseph Highway into Yellowstone. Very scenic

We didn’t arrive to the park until about 5pm.

A quick rest stop in the park.

Happy boy

Our first bison sighting in the Lamar Valley!

Bison jam and extremely dirty window

Beryl Geyser - it sounded like a train

Trying to get to Big Sky before the sun went down.

Drew watching his video on his left side..... not the norm!

It was a LONG day. We were in the car for over 12 hours, but saw some of the most beautiful scenery ever. We arrived in Big Sky, MT at about 9:30pm.

Traveled from:
Gillette, Wyoming to Big Sky, Montana -  497 beautiful miles
