THANKSGIVING FAMILY ADVENTURE!! - Virginia/Tennessee

We decided to continue our Thanksgiving travel tradition this year. We started our adventure with a free night at The Homestead in Hot Springs, Virginia. Here we are by the new hot springs outdoor swimming pool.
Here's my boy hanging out.
The girls and Dave went ice skating. Here's Jenna and Dave kind of getting the hang of it.
Here's Dave with all the girls holding their own!
The lights just came on! Pretty girl Ava.
The girls taking a break with The Homestead in the background.
We ate dinner at the Casino Clubhouse.
There are so many photo ops at the hotel. I liked all the pink in this one.
The next morning brought an 8am hot pool swim. Just us!
Drew's been here before. He's practically a hot pool expert!
The girls are in swimming pool heaven.
My favorite picture of the trip. Check out Ava.
Once again, so many pretty photo ops.... Christmastime and all....
Oh, I tried to get the Christmas card picture. Yes, you know I tried... Nice one of THREE of my kids though...
And on to The Resort at Governor's Crossing in Seiverville, TN, More pool time!
Conquering the floating alligator.
The weather was super warm. Of course the pirate playground at the hotel was a hit.
This was Drew's idea of fun at the waterpark. It was pretty darn cold if you were to actually put on your bathing suit!
Here's my happy water beauty
This is how we roll. Krispy Kreme donuts, videos and vacation.
OH NO SHARK!!!! Ahhh.. brings back memories of a younger Ava. The girls LOVED the aquarium.
Duck!! There's a shark swimming above you!!
See my girls swimming with Nemo?
Drew loved the huge stingrays.
Jenna peeking at the penguins.
And ready to go explore a very crowded downtown Gatlinburg.
And the last stop. Wonderworks. Science fun - hurricanes, earthquakes, illusions, etc... I can't believe Dave let the girls lay on a bed of nails.
