Family Adventure!!! Niagara Falls, Canada!!!!

Okay first picture is from our last night in Canada. Here we are overlooking the falls behind our hotel. We could feel the mist - even up there!

This isn't Niagara Falls, it's our first stop Ohiopyle Falls, PA. A great place to explore and have a picnic lunch.

Our next stop - Grove City, PA to see Andrew's former classmate, Hannah and her family (oh yes!) and a much needed stretch break!

This is day number 2. Our lunch break stop in Darby, NY. We stopped and ate our McDonalds at a marina on Lake Erie. Very close to Buffalo.

Finally!! Niagara Falls, Canada. This is the view from the top of our hotel.

Our first walk from our hotel down to the falls.

Jenna fell asleep. I had to carry her up that big hill behind me. Dave had the task of pushing Andrew up that hill! I don't know which was harder, going down or up!!

And the best part! The hotel pool. The girls went down this slide countless times!

A VERY happy Ava!

Drew and I took a walk outside while the girls were in the pool. When we got outside everybody was looking up!! At this guy!!! Apparently, he walks this tightrope from the observation tower to our hotel every night at 7:30pm in the summer.

We spent some time enjoying the waterfalls around the hotel. Drew especially liked this one.

Next stop - we drove to Niagara-on-the-Lake. First stop - lunch at this beautiful park.

Andrew tried quiche in Canada! Quiche Niagara. He loved it.

This is the view from our table. It rained pretty hard on our lunch!

We arrived back at the hotel to find all of our traveling companions surrounded in chocolate.

The girls hit the pool again. Andrew and I went exploring. Andrew loved the beaded curtain in the nighclub at the top of the hotel.

Jenna & Dave went down this slide over and over again. I tried so hard to get good slide pictures.

Ava lost a tooth in Canada. The tooth fairy left her Canadian currency! The girls enjoyed gingerbread men. Ava ate the head off of hers and nothing else. Amelia ate the body and left the head, and Jenna ate hers forever and barely ate any at all. Drew stuck with his milk!

And on our way home today, we made a stop on the US side of the falls. Here are the girls at the islands named after them.... "Three Sisters Islands".

This is the view from the American side of the top of the falls. See the rainbow? We had an awesome time! Now, it's the countdown to the start of school.....12 days away...
