Our tv weather forecaster said this last week, and now again this week, "the conditions brewing in the atmosphere are what we call a meteorological bomb." That sounds frightening right there..... Round 2 of the blizzard started yesterday about noon and is still going strong today at 2:30 pm. Conditions are similar to our last storm, except this time - there's the wind. It blows so hard at times we can't see the house across the street. When we woke up there was about 6 inches of new snow, now at 2pm there is about 14 inches. I've got one picture above of conditions outside our front door as of this morning. I had to get back to taking my favorite kind of photos - my kids! Drew has been working on his sitting independently, and lately is doing great! Yeah for Drew! Amelia has been crafting and above is showing off one of her Valentine's Day cards, Ava outside, and Jenna has been waving hello to us lately - (but backwards). It makes us laugh every time!
We've been keeping busy this week (mostly in our pajamas) - playing in the snow, watching movies, painting nails, baking, playing, school work and so on. School has already been called off for the rest of the week. The kids are out of snow days and will now be making up these days over spring break. Wonder how much more snow will fall today?! Checked my blog last year at this time - we had a 71 degree day. That sure sounds nice.
