Family Adventure - North East - Day 3

 We woke in Portsmouth, NH. 

Here’s Drew waiting for his sisters to come out of their room to leave.

We’re still trying to get the hang of our new van. The lift working though is life changing!

Our first glimpse of the ocean along the Maine coast line.

We then drove to the Nubble lighthouse and to Sohier Park. We walked around and climbed rocks.

We had to make a detour on our way to Burlington. Unexpected Dirt road detour 

Beautiful sky and scenery as we drove across the states towards Burlington to our next stop. 

We made it to our hotel.  Hilton- Lake Champlain

Update… bennies feeling a little better

We spend a lot of our trip time driving in back roads. Here, we stopped at a farm stand to find that it was actually a working farm for developmentally disabled adults, who lived there and worked the farm. This was in Hillsboro,NH. This scene made us laugh because Dave and the farmer were dressed alike.
