Happy 17th Birthday, Drew!

This year's birthday theme was, "Drew's Excellent Adventure" in honor of our up-coming trip.

Drew - Camp

Drew's last day of summer camp is today.  Yesterday I sent in lunch for his class to celebrate his birthday which is Saturday.  Drew came home with this awesome birthday card from the assistants and kids in his class.

Mount Airy Carnival

Pictures tonight from the Mount Airy Carnival.  Dave took the girls tonight.  Drew and I stayed home!  It's too hot!

Amelia - HAIR!

 

When my hair issue began and Amelia saw my distress she told me she would grow her hair out for me so I could have hair and we could have matching hair.  So... today.... she got 10+ inches cut off!  She's holding it in her hand above!  She looks really cute with her short hair!

Ablondi Cupcake Wars

 

We decided to have our own cupcake wars.  The theme was Beach/Summer Fun.  Here are the girls and their entries.  They all started with Red Velvet Cupcakes and the same topping options.  Dave, Drew and I were the judges.  The three here are the winners! 

Sunflowers 2016

 

Dave, Drew, Jenna and I took a drive to Poolesville today to see the sunflowers.  They are beautiful, but it was HOT and buggy, itchy, and sunny!  

The sunflowers were facing the other direction from where we were parked.

 So, we took a walk.
