Mother-Daughter Tea

 

Jenna and I attended the Girl Scout Mother Daughter Tea this afternoon.

Girls on the Run 5K - Fall Season

 The Green Valley team at Rosehill Manor this  morning.

Ava- Character Counts

Ava received a Character Counts award today at school for the 1st quarter of 4th grade.  Mrs. Baer (her teacher) said Ava was always kind, never had a bad thing to say, was always helpful to students and the teacher and could be put in any group without any trouble.

Ava- 5k MMCI

Ava ran her second 5K on Saturday.  Her time was 28mins and 49 seconds.  She came in 2nd for the kids!!

Veterans Day

Grandpa served in the US Navy on an ice breaker called USS Glacier.  This picture is from about 1957.

Fall

 

Friday was "Race for Education" day at school.  Ava ran and ran ran..

 

Grandma came to school to cheer the girls on.

 We had tickets to the Maryland Science Center in Baltimore last night.  Drew loved this exhibit.  One of the exhibits was a laser beam to measure the kids heights.  Amelia is 5'0 3/4 inch, Ava is 4'7' 1/4 and Jenna is 3'11 3/4
