Happy 15th Birthday, Drew!

Here he is! My handsome 15 year old.

We made Drew's favorite chocolate chip cookies to hand out at school today.

And the big surprise.  Drew coming back from class to find his sisters and balloons.  We brought lunch (quiche) in for Drew's class.  Some of his regular year teachers came in for the party!

Redskins Training Camp

This is how we wait in the hotel lobby to catch a peak of the Redskins players as they board the busses for training camp.  Trying to play it really cool....

 We made it to day 2 of training camp in Richmond, Virginia!  What a great spot to catch all the action.

Mount Airy Carnival

Ava was the only one to ride the swing.  She was happy as can be!

 Ava rode the scrambler 2 times.  This was Jenna's first "big girl" ride.

The only roller coaster Amelia will ride.

Summer Fun

Jenna and I went to the Urbana Library too see a magic show.  She was part of the show, turning 3 separate bead strands into one strand.

Summer Fun

Amelia and Ava are attending Girl Scout Camp this week at Camp Catoctin.  This was the first morning before they boarded the bus.

 Jenna had some park time with us while everyone was away at camp.

 Tuesday, Grandma and Jenna went on a boat ride, shopping, lunch and ice cream date.

 Tuesday evening we went to a restaurant for a fundraiser dinner.  This was the sight the entire way home! A beautiful full double rainbow.

 Ken and his kids are here.  Lots of firepit/pool time.

Today was "Wacky Wednesday" at camp.  I think Ava nailed it!  Amelia is sleeping over at camp tonight with her Junior scout friends.  Can't wait to hear all about it!

Sunflower time!  Went this morning.. a little too sunny and bright for picture taking, but still managed to get some good ones.  Jon and Mom surprised us and took our family shot. 

Summer Fun

Tuesday we visited the FCPS Planetarium and toured all of the exhibits afterwards.

Ava's friend Caitlin came over for some fun on Wednesday.

 Grandma, Amelia & Ava were headed out to board the boat in the background for the Bats and Beavers Cruise last night.  Note the dark skies... due to heavy rain, the trip was canceled.

Today, Andrew and Jenna stood tall at Marcia's PT visit today.

This Morning

Day 2 of Summer Camp for Drew.  At least he is awake today!  Getting up at 7am in the summer for camp isn't fun...

Always smiling.. Jenna came downstairs this morning with her butterfly wings on her and her doll, Meredith Flower.

Monocacy Battlefield 150th Anniversary

We visited the Monocacy Battlefield today.  Lots of demonstrations and exhibits out.
